I spent last week preparing for our spring break. Since I won't be packing any lunches this week, it is an opportune time to clean out the refrigerator! We do have organization issues when it comes to the fridge; because hubby likes leftovers, containers packed with leftovers from dinner begin to accumulate through the week and, by Thursday, it's like playing Jenga when anyone opens the door! I've seen several tips for organization and I'm going to try them here and see if they work for our home.
Dinner Menu for Week of 4-2
Spring break week = Grillin' Time!
- Grilled Pork Tenderloin & Baked Beans
- Pizza Casserole
- Corn-Potato-Sausage Kebabs with Broccoli Salad
- Chicken & Pineapple Grill packets with Grilled Corn Salad
- Grilled Pork Chop with Glazed Carrots (grilled) & Grilled Butter Lettuce & Buttermilk Dressing
|Broccoli Salad - broccoli, cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, onion & corn|
with a mayo dressing.
It was a great party this week! There were so many yummy recipes! I also thought we had a great array of Easter and Spring projects! Thanks to all that shared their projects at the Rock 'N Share this week...you make the party Rock!!
