The recipe I'm sharing today is Baked Broccoli, Ham, & Cheese Calzone. It is super cheesy with Swiss, Colby-Jack, and Parmesan and loaded with ham and broccoli. This combo makes for a most tasty meal. I hope you will agree.
|Baked Ham, Cheese & Broccoli Calzone|
1 can of Pillsbury pizza crust
1 pkg cubed ham (large or small cubes)
2 T. mayonnaise
1 t. Deli mustard
1/2 medium diced onion
1/2 to 1 cup chopped broccoli
shredded Swiss cheese, as desired
shredded Colby Jack cheese
Unroll pizza dough on cookie sheet. Spread it out evenly over the pan.

|Add mayo-mustard mixture to the broccoli-ham and cheese|
|Mixing everything together|
Spread the broccoli-ham mixture over half of the pizza dough.
|Spread the Calzone ingredients over half of the pizza dough|
Fold the other half of the dough over the broccoli-ham mix and pinch the edges closed to seal.
|Fold dough over Calzone filling and pinch edges to close add slits for venting|
Cut slits into the top of the Calzone to vent.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with grated
Parmesan cheese as soon as it comes out of the oven.
