The Shady Porch: Skillet Cookie: Chocolate Chip

Skillet Cookie: Chocolate Chip

Sometimes the making of cookies is as much fun as eating them and...sometimes it's not. Have you ever wanted a chocolate chip cookie but didn't want to linger near a hot oven cycling cookie trays in and out. I have and that's why I think the Skillet cookie is a brilliant alternative. One pan in - one pan out you're finished and you have a giant chewy cookie as your reward!
Obviously, the prudent thing is to slice it in wedges and share it with others so you're still the hit in the parade even though you really didn't have to work all that hard. WIN - WIN!
