This is a short work week for the hubby, so I am hoping we'll be able to use the smoker on his day off. Just thinking of a beautiful and delicious smoked pork dinner one night and then turning the leftovers into savory BBQ for sandwiches on Game Day Saturday...two dinners in basically one prep? Winner-winner! I'm also making my super easy faux baklava for dessert this week; it gets rave reviews around here. I hope you've got a yummy week planned as well.
