The Shady Porch: BBQ Pork Chili

BBQ Pork Chili

I love to find ways to utilize leftovers that are both frugal and delicious. This chili recipe was born out my desire to use leftover BBQ pork, and, since we're big chili fans, it was a no-brainer. This BBQ Pork Chili has layers of flavors with the combination of the BBQ and the chili seasonings. The aroma that filled the house while the chili was slow cooking was outrageously good. Since the pork was already well-cooked, it was merely a matter of allowing the chili to simmer, so the flavors could marry. Therefore, I put it all in my slow cooker and let it cook several hours on low. Easy and delicious with no waste...I could not be happier.
