I am cooking a large package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker this week for shredding. I will use the shredded chicken in the Gyros and Chilaquiles and freeze any leftovers. We are preparing soup beans and we made enough that we'll have some leftovers for a future chili recipe as well. Have a great week and I hope you'll find something yummy for you and yours to share.
